Chinese Cold Noodles…


We made this dish last week with a recipe from Mr. BFF’s sister. It was very tasty and I’m sure we’ll be using elements of the sauce in other meals, as it had a great flavor to it. I can picture us using it with rice or as a stir-fry base. I particularly like adding scrambled eggs to such dishes… something about it just tastes so good!

  • Whole-Wheat Linguine
  • Garlic Cloves (lightly sauteed)
  • Green Onions
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Scrambled Eggs

Sauce:

  • Peanut Butter
  • Water
  • Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Peanut Oil
