Chicken Marinade, as Requested…

I was hoping to find a picture of this chicken, but alas, I could not. I’ve used it on full chicken breasts beforehand, but last night, I cubed the chicken and we had it in a wrap. Slightly more summery, I suppose… Anyway, here it is:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • Healthy dashes of: onion powder, garlic powder, ground thyme
  • 2-3 good dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Combine ingredients in large ziploc bag. Add chicken breasts. Marinade in refrigerator overnight. Cook chicken as desired. This marinade makes a good amount for 1 – 1-1/2 lbs. of chicken. As always, adjust seasonings to taste. Enjoy!

So glad that you liked it! Oh, grilling… I’ll have to cook it that way next time. Haven’t done that yet with this marinade. Thanks for the idea!
