Well, Mr. BFF’s Mom has not been feeling well, and since his parents then couldn’t come over today, we made lots of food and delivered it to them. Here is what we made:
- Stuffed Peppers – a particularly good batch, might I say
- Mashed Potatoes
- Buffalo Chicken Salad
- Grilled Chicken Breasts
- Grilled Veggies – Mushrooms, Broccoli, Green & Yellow Zucchini
- Pumpkin Cheesecake
Our fridge is fully-stocked for the coming week, which is always a good thing. Also, Mr. BFF’s parents’ fridge is well-stocked for the next several days, which is another good thing.
In addition, our fridge has leftover steak and cheesy scalloped-type potatoes in it from last night… Yum.
When we have our chicken breasts Tuesday night, I’m also planning on making quinoa as a side… Never made or ate that before, so I’m curious as to what all the fuss is about. 🙂
