Zucchinis and Roma Tomatoes from the Garden = Yum!
I sauteed the zucchini with olive oil, onion and garlic as the linguine was cooking. Then the zucchini mix went into the pasta, along with the tomatoes and feta cheese.
Oh, what a delicious dinner this was! There’s leftovers too, hence the plastic container above.
And I do… I love when the veggies come from our garden. 🙂
